Our firm’s Hi-Tech & Technology Department specializes in providing legal advice, representation and guidance to private and publically traded Hi-Tech & Technology companies from the various technology fields (internet, software, hardware, bio-tech, medical devices, energy, clean-tech, communication, semi-conductors, technology integration and more).

The department provides a vast array of services to a wide range of High-Tech companies. Such services include advising and representing start-ups at all stages of their life cycle, from formation, through M&A and beyond. The department represents mature Hi-Tech companies, publicly traded companies and investors, in their ongoing commercial activities and in transactions in Israel and abroad.

The attorneys of the Hi-Tech & Technology Department have technological backgrounds (such as from the IDF, work in Hi-Tech companies and from academia), have undergone specialized training, and have extensive experience in the representation of the diverse portfolio handled by the department.

The department’s services include, amongst others, advice during the formation of corporations, financing transactions, M&A transactions, assistance in securing grants, advice in the healthcare field, advice during IT system projects and more.

The department is headed by Osnat Sarusi-Firstater, Adv., who has extensive experience in the Hi-Tech & Technology field, including from her prior experience as a certified IT analyst, which provides Osnat with a deep and unique understanding of the legal requirements of clients in the Hi-Tech & Technology field.
